SMS/Text Message Program
KG Roofing & Renovations offers an optional SMS/text message program to keep you informed about roof inspections, storm damage assessments, project updates, and service appointments.
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our website or during a roof inspection, you agree to receive automated text messages from KG Roofing & Renovations at the phone number provided. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase or service.
You may receive the following types of messages: storm damage inspection appointment confirmations, roof inspection scheduling and reminders, project status updates and crew arrival notifications, estimate and proposal delivery notifications, payment reminders and invoice notifications, weather alerts for scheduled work, and occasional promotional offers (you can opt out of promotions separately).
Message frequency varies depending on your active projects and service requests. You may receive 2-8 messages per month during active projects. Storm season may result in increased message frequency.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan. KG Roofing & Renovations does not charge you for text messages, but your carrier’s standard messaging rates will apply.
You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, or QUIT to any text message (preferred method), emailing us at Info@kgroofs.com with your phone number and “Unsubscribe from SMS” in the subject line, or calling us at (817) 368-5115 and requesting to be removed from text messages. You will receive one final confirmation message after opting out confirming your removal from the program.

This service is available on all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and many regional carriers.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. We will NOT sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties for their marketing purposes. We only use your phone number to communicate with you about KG Roofing & Renovations services, appointments, and occasional promotions.
